Our GH IA Model 60/30 induction heating power supply represents an exciting new alternative for precision industrial heating applications.
With 60 kW of output power over a 0.5 to 30 kHz operating frequency range, the GH IA Model 60/30 is ideal for applications such as heat treating, brazing, shrink fitting, annealing, curing and tempering.
For process control, the Model 60/30 offers a choice of local control through the large front panel MPC-2 liquid crystal display, or remote operation through external signals. With a fully digital, compact design, the Model 60/30 delivers maximum reliability and repeatability in a small, 24”W (610 mm) x 24”D (610 mm) x 48” (1220 mm) footprint. The unit weighs just 198 lbs. (90 kg).
The heat station is externally located. NPT connections for water cooling are conveniently located on the rear panel. The output circuit is based on series tank with a current transformer.
Parameter controls include power and current regulation; the LCD also provides alarms and threshold visualization. The MPC-2 can be programmed for English, Spanish and several other languages.
